Privacy note

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information sent to the bulletin.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you email a notice, we keep the message and any attachment long enough to check and publish it. Server logs record the usual technical details, such as the requested page and the browser type, and are used to keep the site working.

What we publish

We publish the details you intend for publication: event names, dates, places and contact information you have provided for that purpose. Personal data sent for context, such as a private phone number, is not published.

What we do not do

There are no advertising trackers, no profiling scripts and no sale of contact details. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it takes effect.

Removing an item

If something about you was published by mistake, write in and it will be corrected or removed. Old editions are kept for reference, so a removal note may appear in place of the original text.
